1. Free Standard listing — no expiry
Service providers get permanent free Standard listing after admin approval — visible in search and receiving booking requests with no recurring payment required.
Pet shops have separate rules: typically 30 days trial after first approval, then paid Local / Regional / National plans.
2. Optional PRO and VIP upgrades
PRO and VIP add photos, website links, search priority and VIP homepage promotion. Prices are shown in the subscription dashboard at checkout.
3. Bookings, reviews, Urgentă Blănos
You confirm or decline requests. Reviews cannot be edited by providers. Vets may opt in to Urgentă Blănos — informational map listing, not emergency dispatch.
